Raul Rebane was born on October 6, 1953 in Pärnu. He is a jounalist, communication consultant and sports manager. Raul Rebane graduated from The University of Tartu in 1977. After being graduated he worked as a Program Chief, Sports Reporter and Copyreader in Estonian National Television (ETV), until 1997. In 1998-1999 he worked in another Estonian television company called TV1.
Since 1999 he has been working as a consultant, instructor and strategy consultant.
In 2000 he called together a team to help a simple country boy to become an Olympic Champion. This team is now well-known as "Team75plus".
Raul Rebane is also well known as a good chessplayer. He is a master candidate in chess.
